In this article, I will try to present to you the benefits of sports in the learning of values and as a vehicle for youth integration.

It’s often forgotten, but engaging in sports helps to strengthen self-confidence.

By achieving personal goals and taking responsibility, sports enthusiasts gain a greater sense of self-worth and increased confidence in their abilities and potential.

Additionally, sports encourage active participation and inclusivity. Whether as a player on the field or as a member of a supporting team, sports offer opportunities for everyone to get involved. It helps break down social, cultural, and economic barriers, creating an environment where everyone can participate on an equal footing. Sports don't stop there; they also promote teamwork and enhance communication skills.
